DISCLAIMER & SAFETY MESSAGE

The intended use for this product is for fencing, under safe conditions and in accordance with health and safety guidelines. We cannot take responsibility for damage that results from improper use of the system, or use of the system in a manner outside of its intended purpose.

The EnPointe wireless fencing system has been designed for fencing under normal conditions, and to the FIE rules and scoring specifications. If fencers use the system under non-standard or unsafe fencing conditions (for example, not wearing shoes, or not wearing a glove on the weapon hand) we cannot guarantee the reliability of the system.

We encourage all fencers to keep their protective gear and equipment up to date with regulatory safety standards, and to only fence in conditions and environments that adhere to health and safety guidelines.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

We ship from our distribution centre in Melbourne, Australia. Shipping costs may vary depending on the specific country’s customs, handling, and import fees, as well as local taxes. These additional costs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that purchased items can be imported into the destination country legally and in accordance with local laws, customs and guidelines. We cannot take responsibility for customers who fail to do this.

Items in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 working days. If items are on backorder or pre-order, we will notify you when the item becomes available, and ship the item as soon as it is back in stock, by order of date of pre-order.

In the USA, the EU, and Australia, packages should be received within 2-10 working days. Outside of these zones, please allow extra shipping time of up to three weeks, as many items are sent from Australia. Please refer to your shipping and payment confirmation email for more information specific to your location.

Due to our shipping guidelines, we require signature on delivery, therefore we cannot ship to PO boxes, or locked parcel and letter boxes. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Please note that if you sign for a package, you are acknowledging that the package arrived in good condition. If the package appears damaged in any way, please open and check the contents before signing for the package. If the contents are damaged or missing, refuse the package and it will be returned to sender – EnPointe. We can then make an insurance claim to the mail service, and re-send your items. We cannot accept responsibility for a package being broken or damaged if the customer has signed for it.

BANK & CARD CHARGES

We are an Australian business, and the prices on this website are charged in the currency they appear in (AUD, GBP, USD, or EUR). If you are using a foreign bank or credit card, you may incur currency conversion fees. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to check with their bank and credit card. EnPointe cannot be held accountable for foreign transaction or currency conversion fees on the part of the user.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

If you wish to cancel your order, please notify EnPointe by emailing EnPointe Support as soon as possible, and before you have received the shipping confirmation email. We will then refund your cancelled order in full.

REFUND & RETURNS POLICY

If you change your mind, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement.

However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This would be when the item:

  1. has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item had they known about it
  2. is unsafe
  3. is significantly different from the sample or description
  4. doesn’t do what we said it would, and cannot be easily fixed.

Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time, you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase – your invoice receipt, and/or email payment confirmation.

WARRANTY

Warranties for our products are outlined in the manual or consumer information for that specific item. If you require clarification about the stated warranty, please feel free to contact EnPointe Support.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
