The above information is a conservative estimate based on projected shipping times from our couriers, with expected package arrival before December 25th. We’ll make sure any orders for in-stock items are sent within 3 business days to ensure your package has the best chance of arriving well in time for Christmas.
While these shipment timeframes are usually correct, please be aware that large volumes of packages sent during the holiday period can still create unexpected delays once your order is in the hands of the courier. Unexpected customs delays can also occur.
If you’re purchasing after the dates given above, (and before our offices close on the 19th of December) send us an email or let us know in the order note at checkout that this item is a gift. We’ll do our best to still get your order to you as soon as possible, but please be aware that it may be delayed beyond December 25th.
Our offices are closed for the Christmas period after the 19th of December. Any orders placed after this date will be sent in the New Year when our full team is back in the office on the 9th of January.
